1 Year Old Doesn't Like it (2008-12-30)
My 1 year old tried it today and bit his lip. He couldn't get the hang of it. Truthfully, maybe he was over-tired. However, he bit his lip and made it bleed and was very unhappy. not sure if he'll try again.

Most Importantly- Safe and Healthy (2008-11-02)
We cleaned out the baby's feeding accessories and started all over once we read more about the BPAs in plastics. The Safe Sippy cup is great and we let all of the baby's friends / cousins try it out. Her little cousin even took it swimming with her. She wouldn't let go. We bought a few! This cup takes a beating, insulates the drink, washes easily (dishwasher) and the pink in pretty easy to find around the house. And, I really love the mod design. Yeah for companies who won't tolerate harmful ingredients. Thank you.

Save your $ - don't buy this! (2008-10-07)
I was delighted when I saw this cup - it had a sleek design and was BPA free. So, I decided to cough up the $17 PER cup and spent almost $40 for two cups (EXcluding shipping!). It has been a huge disappointment. The cups leak and I have to wrap a paper towel around the lid everytime we use it. I rarely give reviews, and when I do, its because I really feel compelled to. Please save yourself the cash in these hard times and invest in a BPA-free cup that works.

My 14 month old LOVES this cup! (2008-10-05)
My 14 month old loves this cup, she carries it around with her all day. It looks cute, it's BPA free, and it keeps drinks cool unlike regular sippy cups, and it doesn't get moist and "dewey" on the outside of the bottle when cold drinks are in it.

safe sippy (2008-09-24)
Just bought 1 cup to try for my 21 month old son. The part they drink out of is similar to a short straw which my son loves. He has been using it all morning with no leaks. It seems like it would take a lot of abuse to damage this cup. It seems a lot tougher than our current disease-causing cups. My four year old daughter tried it and said she wanted one too. I am planning to purchase several more and throw the old ones in the recycle bin. Hope this helps you decide :-)
