Great but some things to watch out for (2008-12-22)
I like this cup a lot, and so does my little one. She does not have to tilt her head all the way back to get the water out. Holding the cup horizontally to the floor is enough to drink comfortably. We had the cup for 4-5 months now and it still works great. It does not leak neither does it make any sounds, given it is assembled properly. It takes about a minute to take it apart, wash all the components and then put them back together. But you will have to do this every day if you get this cup. If you don't clean the spout every day, the mold WILL grow in there for sure. The other negative is that the cup will dent when your baby drops it on the floor. I don't mind it, since it does not effect the functionality.
Love it! (2008-12-22)
My son is pretty hard on sippy cups, and this is the only one he hasn't managed to destroy. it's safe, and we've never had problems with leaks so long as the valve is in properly. It's a *little* annoying to clean but well worth the trouble.
Loved it until... (2008-12-16)
I loved this product, and didn't have the issues other reviewers seem to have with leaking or mold. We used this cup happily and without incident for 6 months until my 1 yo hid it in a cabinet overnight. When I found it the milk inside had curdled, now I can't get the smell out of the cup even after several attempts to sanitize it. I am afraid the cup is a lost cause and we can't use it for anything anymore, my son refuses to drink out of it because it smells.
Awesome . . . except for the mold (2008-10-29)
I was so excited to find these sippy cups. They did NOT leak (you have to make sure you put everything back together properly), they were sturdy, BPA-free, and my 6 month old could easily handle them. But after about three months of use, I noticed black mold growing in the spout. My husband was able to remove it initially, but it came back and we haven't been able to remove it a second time. There are also a lot of parts, which you have to put back together properly in order to prevent leaks. If it weren't for the mold, I would give these cups five stars.
No leaks but the spout gets moldy (2008-10-24)
Good cup until I noticed the inside of the spout and around the outside edge is moldy....can't clean it and can't seem to find a replacement. Bummer
